      The Organisation page is your central hub for managing how your team shows up on Mindhive. It allows you to customise your public organisation profile, invite members, manage access, and connect your brand to the broader Mindhive community.

      Think of it as your organisation’s digital HQ on the platform where you can showcase your company’s mission, expertise, and projects. Whether you're an innovation lead, consultant, or digital transformation manager, this page is essential for setting your team up for success.

      Best Practices

      • Keep your organisation’s profile complete by ensuring that it has full bios, logos, and sector tags to get higher engagement.
      • Invite your whole team early, even if they’re just observing. It builds trust and familiarity.
      • Post a welcome message or start a pinned discussion to help orient collaborators.
      • Link your organisation to client discussions to showcase your thought leadership and outcomes.

      Members tab

      The Members tab is where you manage your organisation's team on Mindhive. Invite new members by entering their email addresses or mass invite up 100 people by importing your contact mail list. You can assign roles to ensure that your organisation is run efficiently.

       

      • Admin: Full access to settings, discussions, and team management.
      • Member: Can create, join, and contribute to discussions.
      • Guest: Limited access to specific discussions only.

      Subscription tab

      The Subscription tab lets you manage your organisation’s Mindhive plan and billing details. See which member gets access to the Enterprise plan.

      The Settings tab controls your organisation’s branding, visibility, and overall configuration on Mindhive.
