To add co-admins to your discussion:

Go to your Discussion Settings → Team.

Click Add Admin.

Enter the email address of the person you want to add as an admin.

They will receive an invitation and, once accepted, have admin-level access.
Admins can edit discussion settings, manage topics, moderate comments, and access analytics. They cannot delete the discussion (only the original creator can do that).
