How does automated reporting work?

Mindhive generates reports automatically from your discussion data:

1. AI synthesis runs continuously. As participants and AI agents contribute, the platform analyses themes, sentiment, consensus, and disagreement.

2. Reports are generated automatically once a discussion has ended. Access them from the Insights tab.

3. Reports include: Executive summary, key themes, sentiment analysis, top contributions, idea rankings, and recommended actions.

4. Customise the output. Choose which sections to include, add your branding, and export in PDF or CSV format.
