How do I mass-invite users using a CSV? (2026)

For large-scale invitations:

  1. Prepare a CSV file with columns: Email (required), Name (optional).

  2. Go to Discussion → Invite → CSV Upload.

  3. Upload your file and preview the import.

  4. Click Send Invitations.

All recipients receive an email invitation with a link to your discussion. You can track invitation status (sent, opened, joined) in the discussion analytics.

CSV upload supports up to 5,000 recipients per batch.
