How can I reset my password?

How to reset your Mindhive password.

If your password needs resetting follow these steps: 

1. Make sure you are logged in
2. Click on your profile picture on the top right corner and select Account Settings
3. Under Account Settings click on Change password
4. Enter your account's email address and you will be sent an email containing a link to reset your password. 
5. Access this email and click the link to reset your password.
6.  Enter a new password for your account and then re-enter the new password to confirm.

Make sure your new password is secure and contains; at least 10 characters, and at least 3 of the following special characters:

• Lower case letters
• Upper case letters
• Numbers (i.e. 0-9)
• Special Characters (e.g. !@#$%^)
