How do I use ChatBot?

Connect to the chatbot to get quick answers to your questions

To connect to the chatbot:

1. On the Mindhive website, users can access the chatbot by clicking the chatbot icon located in the bottom right corner of any Mindhive webpage.

2. Type in your question.

3. The bot will then respond to your question by providing useful information relevant to your query.

4. If the bots' responses do not provide the answer you are looking for, you will be given the option to connect to a Mindhive support specialist or you can search for more answers by clicking the question mark icon at the top of the Mindhive page.
