How to log in if you have forgotten your password

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the below instructions. 

1. Click 'Don't remember your password?'

 

2. Enter your email for your Mindhive account and click 'send email'. You should receive an email containing instructions.

 

3. Once you have changed your password, you will be able to log in with your email address and updated password.

 

Make sure your new password is secure and contains; at least 10 characters, and at least 3 of the following special characters:

• Lower case letters
• Upper case letters
• Numbers (i.e. 0-9)
• Special Characters (e.g. !@#$%^)
