Is Mindhive used during live sessions or before and after?

Mindhive is most powerful before and after live sessions, not during.

Before a session, it is used to gather structured input from stakeholders asynchronously. This creates a clear view of perspectives, priorities, and concerns ahead of time.

After a session, it preserves what was discussed. This includes who contributed, what was prioritised, and how consensus formed.

During the live session itself, teams use Mindhive outputs such as clusters, themes, and consensus maps to guide the conversation. The platform is not typically prompted in the room.

This approach allows live sessions to be more focused, with a stronger starting point and a clear record of outcomes.
