What happens to my data if I stop using Mindhive? (2026)

If you cancel your subscription:

• Your account remains accessible in a read-only state for 30 days.

• You can export all your data during this period.

• After 30 days, your account and personal data are deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

• Discussion contributions you made as a participant are anonymised but remain in the discussion record.

For Enterprise clients, data retention terms are specified in your agreement.
