What is pre-workshop stakeholder sensing?
Pre-workshop stakeholder sensing is used to gather input before a major workshop or strategy session.
A structured Mindhive session is shared with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external. It typically includes three to five focused questions.
By the time the live session begins, the facilitator has a synthesised, evidence-based view of what the group collectively knows, where there are concerns, and what is being prioritised.
This allows the live session to be more targeted and focused, rather than exploratory.
