If AI reports are not generating correctly:

  1. Check discussion content. Reports require a minimum number of contributions to generate meaningful synthesis. Add more content or participants.

  2. Wait for processing. Large discussions may take a few minutes to process.

  3. Refresh the page. The report may have generated while you were waiting.

  4. Check your browser. Some older browsers may have rendering issues with report visualisations.

  5. Contact support. If the issue persists, email support@mindhive.ai with the discussion URL.
